I came here for a wedding reception and the staff here was extremely courteous and attentive. They would check up on the room frequently to make sure everyone was tended to. The food was cooked so well from the Salmon to the Steak, everything was delicious! The venue also has a ton of sanitation stations so you can wipe off anytime you feel the need to. The valet parking was a plus, personally I don’t like having someone drive my car but if the place is super busy and there isn’t much parking then it’s a necessary evil. All in all a very enjoyable time here!

If your in the Darien/Stamford area The Waters Edge at Giovanni’s is a must go! The owners of this place are extremely sweet, caring and humble.. really take true authentic care of this restaurant. Steakhouse and seafood eatery at your finest. You can hold events here! They have plenty of space. One of my favorites here is the seafood tower! For all my seafood lovers at a reasonable price! She’s always calm in her demeanor and polite no matter how many times she hears from me with my numerous concerns and changes! Well a few weeks ago I decided to do something nice for my mom and of course I reached out to Bonnie, who made it all work out for us with such short notice. She is the best! Forward to last night, our event, simply incredible experience! My vendors were able to work with the team at WEG so easily and Bonnie accommodates everything she possibly can! The food!!!! Wow!!! Simply FANTASTIC! This year I decided to cater my Thanksgiving meal, and after hearing nothing but great things about Giovanni's I made... my choice to give it a go. WOW. The food was incredible, with super easy instructions on how to reheat everything properly, and the service from ordering to pickup was perfect. Their entire staff is so friendly, helpful, and their food is amazing. The meal itself was absolutely delicious and my entire family was extremely happy with every part of the meal (which isn't always an easy task). As we couldn't be... with our children and grandchildren it helped to make my day still somewhat special. We chose the Chateaubriand that came with all the trimmings. Went for my mother's birthday dinner. Beautiful restaurant ( a tad bit dark but that's beside the point) the food was... delicious. Our waiter ( Douglas) reccomended my mother to try the scallops house special; which were the best scallops we have ever had and the portions were generous. What topped off the experiance was the service. Douglas was very friendly, knowledgeable with the food ( I have food allergies so I had to ask), and threw in a joke or two. I liked how attentive he was and how checked on us multiple times to make sure our stay was pleasant. I want to thank Douglas for the service and Whoever the genius chef was that made the magical scallop dish for my mother. I hope the resturant let's him know how thankful I was how Douglas made sure our food was to our liking ( My eyes were bigger then my stomach so I had to take my veal parm almost intact and I can tell he was worried that I didnt like it. Great time at the 25th annual Norwalk Mayor's Ball. The food choices and appetizers were very good and the service was... impeccable. The wait staff constantly checked on the status of the tables. The decor was elegant and inviting. Parking was a bit of a challenge given the fact that most of the 350 guests arrived at the same time. But they quickly managed to get everyone parked and inside. Last night was the first time we tried the New Year’s Eve Dinner and it was awesome. I have been dining at this place... for years and I’m glad I chose this for last night’s event. We just had our wedding here on October 14, 2017. Joann, Sal and Bonnie were a dream team to bring to life our dream... wedding day. That comes from the girl who never dreamed of a wedding!!! They helped mentor & coach myself, my husband, and my parents to balance all the "issues", changes and special request. They went so far as to create the menu of our dreams. Man those ribs were something else, and the empanadas, sliders, the list just goes on. Everyone has told us it was the best experience, and that wasn't the usual sit down dinner. They made it creative, accommodating, and put such care into everything. The organization between management, support, vendors and ourselves was bar none. I felt like everyone involved guided us to have fun and even make time to enjoy little special moments just for us as a couple. As you can see I cannot say enough, and I will add a detail.
